PolarFest

The winter weather has arrived, and the City of Moncton is pleased to announce a new festival, PolarFest, to celebrate the season! 

From Feb. 18-20, Centennial Park will be a flurry of fun and activity for all ages. Festival activities are free and open to residents and visitors alike. 


What can you expect to find at the winter festival?

Throughout the long weekend, everyone is invited to: 

🛷 Race friends and family down the sliding hill
⛸️ Lace up their skates and get moving with music on the Muskrat skating path
⛄ Try their hand at snow sculpting with Scouts Canada
❄️ Watch mesmerizing ice sculpting demonstrations
🥙 Delight their tastebuds by visiting one of the food vendors on site, and much more

 

Winter Equipment Rentals!

Interested in taking advantage of the ½ price rentals at Centennial Park during PolarFest?
 
Camp Centennial will be renting cross-country skis and snowshoes during the Family Day weekend. All rentals must be booked and paid for in advance.

❄️ Music with DJ Bones: 11 a.m. – 6 p.m.
❄️ Food Vendors: 11 a.m. – 8 p.m.
❄️ Greater Moncton Scottish Association Kilt Skate: 2 p.m. – 3 p.m.


Sunday, February 19:
