Tidal Bore Interpretations
Tidal Bore Interpretations

Twice daily, watch the Tidal Bore reach heights ranging from 0.5 to 1 m as the incoming rush of water overtakes the outgoing tide in the calm Petitcodiac River. From the best viewing point, Bore Park, feel the power of the ocean on full display, twice daily, with these tips. 🌊 Plan your visit around high tide, which happens twice a day (check our tide schedule by clicking on the website link below). 🌊 Take a seat on the amphitheatre in front of the river to watch the bore slowly roll in. 🌊 Every day from June 24 to August 29, Resurgo Place staff will be on site to provide information about this interesting phenomenon. Staff will arrive on site twenty minutes before the scheduled arrival of the Tidal Bore if the bore is scheduled to arrive between 9 am and 6 pm. 🌊 For a longer stay at the bore, walk, jog or cycle the Riverfront Trail before or after the high-tide show!
