Moncton is thrilled to host the 2024 Everest Canadian Senior Curling Championships, welcoming Canada’s best 50-and-over curling teams to Curl Moncton, official host of the event, from December 1-7, 2024.

This national championship will feature 14 men’s and women’s teams from across the country, including New Brunswick’s own teams. These skilled athletes will compete for the chance to represent Canada at the 2025 World Senior Curling Championships.

CURL MONCTON READY TO HOST THE 2024 EVEREST CANADIAN SENIOR CURLING CHAMPIONSHIPS

Moncton, N.B., is ready to host Canada’s best men’s and women’s 50-and-over curling teams for the first time starting on Sunday December 1.

Curl Moncton will be home to the 2024 Everest Canadian Curling Senior Championships from Dec. 1-7, 2024. The event will feature fourteen men’s and women’s teams from every Province and Territory for the right to represent Canada at the 2025 World Senior Curling Championships.

The New Brunswick men's team will feature a team from the host club Curl Moncton with Mike Kennedy, Grant Odishaw, Marc and Vance LeCocq. For the women’s it’ll be a team from Capital Winter Club in Fredericton, featuring Shelly Graham, Debbie McCann, Robyn Witherell and Shelley Murray.  In addition, many of the participating teams have players who have competed in the Brier, Scotties and various other Canadian Championships in the past.

Games begin on Sunday December 1 at 4:00pm, followed by the Opening Ceremonies.  The schedule continues throughout the week and concludes with the Championship finals on Saturday December 7 at 3:30pm.
